- Villa Nova Apartments and Tuscan Villas Apartments provide affordable housing for qualifying seniors and individuals with disabilities. Rent is 30% of the tenant’s monthly adjusted income.
- Villa Nova and Tuscan Villas offer spacious one-bedroom units in attractive two-story buildings with elevators. The apartments are equipped with refrigerators, ranges, cabinetry, garbage disposals, carpeting, window treatments and wall air conditioning units.
- Security-locked buildings have community rooms, libraries and activities rooms. Coin-operated laundry rooms are conveniently located and fully accessible. All units have additional storage lockers. Off-street parking accommodates residents and their guests.
- On-site staff is available to respond to residents’ maintenance needs and other questions.

- Also available are three-bedroom townhomes for qualifying families at scattered sites. These two-story units include 1 ½ bathrooms and have basements with laundry hook-ups. All townhomes are equipped with refrigerators, ranges, cabinetry, carpeting, window treatments and central air conditioning. Units have front and back yards and off-street parking.
